What is an open top container

An open top container is exactly what it says on the tin, instead of having a strong roof, the top may be blanketed with a tender overlaying of sturdy rubber tarpaulin. They’re designed to carry outsized loads which can’t be loaded from facet doors, or in a ordinary-sized delivery box and want to be loaded through the top the use of a crane. Commonly made from corrugated metallic, an open pinnacle field nevertheless has on hand facet doorways giving you whole flexibility.

There is a wide variety of shipping containers on the market available to buy or hire but if you are looking to transport goods that cannot fit inside a closed top container or goods which cannot be loaded via the side doors including:

Once loaded, it may be over the average height so cannot be stored with closed top containers. This does mean they are more expensive than a regular container.
