What is an open top container

An open top container is exactly what it says on the tin, instead of having a strong roof, the top may be blanketed with a tender overlaying of sturdy rubber tarpaulin. They’re designed to carry outsized loads which can’t be loaded from facet doors, or in a ordinary-sized delivery box and want to be loaded through the top the use of a crane.
